Unlock your SIM card on your iPhone or any other device with your SIM PIN. If you enter your SIM PIN incorrectly 3 times, you will need your PUK to unlock it.
Proceed as follows if you have forgotten your PIN and want to set a new SIM PIN:
Deliberately enter your SIM PIN incorrectly 3 times.
Enter the PUK code. You’ll find this in My Swisscom.
Set a new SIM PIN.
You can find your PUK code in My Swisscom.
Your SIM card has been deactivated for security reasons. Order a replacement SIM free of charge.
You set the device code for the screen lock on your device yourself. Swisscom has no influence over this and cannot reset the code.
You can block your SIM card if it is lost or stolen.
