On account of the current situation, Swisscom will, from 21 February until 30 June 2022 provisionally, waive the costs for calls from Switzerland to Ukraine and roaming costs within Ukraine.
Donate old mobile phones – and help Ukraine
There’s a treasure trove of 60 million Swiss francs lying dormant within Swiss homes – and it could all go towards helping Ukraine. All Swisscom Shops are collecting old smartphones and mobile phones on behalf of SOS Children's Villages in Ukraine. The entire proceeds will be donated and matched by Swisscom.
Precondition: You have a Swiss residence permit S or an official confirmation (Passierschein/bon de sortie/pass d’uscita, Eintrittsblatt Loge/feuille Entrée loge/foglio Entrata loge, e-mail confirmation SEM etc.). You are at least 18 years old.
