	Currently, an increasing number of customers are reporting suspect telephone calls to fixed network and mobile phones. The number of the unknown caller appears on the display as one or more zeros (0). In most cases, upon answering the call the listener will hear nothing or occasionally an English-speaking computer voice. Swisscom has now begun extensive investigations. Our first findings indicate that the calls are coming from abroad and that various national telecommunication providers are affected. We recommend our customers ignore such calls and do not answer them. Swisscom
