Change an address

Change addresses in My Swisscom Business.

  1. In My Swisscom Business, click the «Company icon» in the top right
  2. Click «Company profile»
  3. Under «Address», open «Relocation & addresses»
  4. If there are multiple locations, select the relevant location
  5. Under «Owner address», click «Report relocation»
  6. Add, check and confirm the new address

Notes:

  • Report your relocation online and save CHF 99.90 in switching fees.
  • Exception: You can report the relocation of your Smart Business Connect directly to your Swisscom partner.
  • Different addresses, such as correspondence and billing addresses, can be entered after step 4 via «Add different address» in the top right.

Report your relocation easily in My Swisscom Business.

  1. In My Swisscom Business, click the «Company icon» in the top right
  2. Click «Company profile»
  3. Under «Address», open «Relocation & addresses»
  4. If there are multiple locations, select the relevant location
  5. Under «Owner address», click «Report relocation»
  6. Add, check and confirm the new address

Contracts

Find contract and order documents in My Swisscom Business.

  1. In My Swisscom Business open 'Activities'
  2. Click on the corresponding activity
  3. View documents under 'Documents' with 'Show details'

To My Swisscom Business

Create a Base Agreement in My Swisscom Business.

  1. Click on company name in My Swisscom Business
  2. Select 'Company profile'
  3. Scroll down to 'Base Agreement'
  4. Click on 'Create base agreement'
  5. Check address under 'Company'
  6. If the address is incorrect, report the move according to the instruction
  7. Under «Company register», check the UID number
  8. If a UID number is available, enter it. If not, enter «CHE-000.000.000»
  9. Select the desired language under 'Base agreement language'
  10. If a new administrator account is defined under 'Administrator', it is mandatory to enter a mobile number under 'Phone number'
  11. Select signature type     
    - Swisscom Sign: The logged-in user receives an e-mail with a link to invite the person(s) authorised to sign for the e-signature     
    - Send by post: Continue with step 12
  12. Under 'Person(s) signing the contract', enter the person authorized to sign as follows   
     - With entry in the Central Business Name Index: Authorized signatories according to the Central Business Name Index     
    - Important: For 'collective signature in twos', always enter two authorized signatories   
    - Legal entity without entry in the Central Business Name Index (e.g. municipality, association, etc.): Person who is authorized according to the articles of association or legally valid proof     
    - Natural person: Name is inserted automatically
  13. Follow the remaining steps.
  14. Wait for confirmation of successful base agreement creation
  15. Check the Base Agreement as soon as it has been sent by post
  16. Sign the Base Agreement as follows     
    - Central Business Name Index entry available: by authorized signatory according to the commercial register   
    - No entry in the Central Business Name Index: by a person who is authorized according to the articles of association or legally valid proof     
    - Natural person: by authorized person
  17. Base Agreement must be returned by post with the enclosed reply envelope
    To My Swisscom Business

Note:

A new administrator account will only be created once the contract has been returned and checked by Swisscom.

Takeover & Authorization

Swisscom services, such as mobile contracts, can generally be transferred by one party (transfer) and subsequently taken over by another party (takeover). Swisscom remains the provider.

Please note: The terms porting and porting process are sometimes also used for transfers/takeovers. However, porting involves a change of provider. The following instructions apply only to cases where Swisscom is and remains the provider. Information on porting can be found further down under the heading «Porting».

The following is decisive for the process:

  • who the transfer is to (a private individual or a company with or without an entry in the Commercial Register)
  • ,and which product is involved.

Protect & Connect Mobile: Transfer to a company with an entry in the Commercial Register
The new company (new owner) initiates the takeover in My Swisscom Business. These instructions apply only to Protect & Connect Mobile subscriptions.  

  1. Open «Shop» in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click «Add Protect & Connect»
  3. Select the desired contract term and subscription and click «Next»
    - Important: An existing contract term cannot be transferred
  4. In the «Order again or change product» pop-up, click «Order again»
  5. If desired, select options and click «Next»
  6. If desired, select a device and click «Next»
  7. Under «Phone number & SIM», click «Take over existing phone number» and enter the required details
  8. Follow the remaining ordering steps.

Note: Device instalment payments remain with the previous owner.

blue Mobile, other Mobile subscriptions, fixed-line, Smart Business Connect and blue home: Transfer to a company with an entry in the Commercial Register
Complete the following form and upload it via the same link or, for Smart Business Connect, hand it over to the acquiring customer’s partner:

Protect & Connect Mobile: Transfer to a private individual or a company without an entry in the Commercial Register
The transferring party transfers the Protect & Connect Mobile phone number in My Swisscom Business via the administrator login to a private individual / company without an entry in the Commercial Register

  1. Log in to My Swisscom Business with the administrator login
  2. Open «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business
  3. Open the relevant subscription using the arrow on the right
  4. Under «Product details» and «Phone number», click «Transfer to a private individual»
  5. Enter the private individual’s details and the takeover date
    - The acquiring private individual will receive an SMS/e-mail
  6. Click the link received by SMS/e-mail and proceed as follows:
    - The acquiring party wants a subscription: click «Order a new subscription»
    - The acquiring party wants Prepaid: under Prepaid products, click «Book Prepaid»
  7. Select the desired subscription
  8. Follow the remaining ordering steps
  9. Under «Keep my own phone number», enter the phone number to be transferred
  10. Place and complete the order 

Important: If the takeover has not been completed by 5 days before the defined takeover date, or if the information is incomplete, the phone number will be deactivated after three days and terminated 30 days later. Any termination fees will be charged to you as the phone number holder.

Go to Inventory: My Swisscom Business

Note: The transferring party can initiate the takeover process no more than 60 days and no less than 7 days in advance.

blue Mobile / other Mobile subscriptions: Transfer to a private individual or a company without an entry in the Commercial Register
The new owner must visit a Swisscom Shop with a valid ID. Swisscom Shop in your area:

Fixed-line, Smart Business Connect and blue home: Transfer to a private individual or a company without an entry in the Commercial Register
Complete the following form and upload it via the same link or, for Smart Business Connect, hand it over to the acquiring customer’s partner:

Porting

Port a fixed-line or mobile phone number to Swisscom.

When services are switched from another provider to Swisscom, this is referred to as porting. Please note: The terms transfer, takeover or change are sometimes also used for porting. However, the following instructions apply only to provider changes to Swisscom.

Fixed-line
To port a fixed-line phone number to Swisscom, please contact our Customer Service.

Exception: Existing Smart Business Connect customers should contact their Swisscom partner directly.

Protect & Connect 

  1. In My Swisscom Business, select «Shop»
  2. Click «Add Protect & Connect»
  3. Under «Minimum contract term», select the desired term
  4. Select «Switzerland & Europe» or «Worldwide» and the desired subscription
  5. Click «Next»
  6. If desired, select options and click «Next»
  7. If desired, select a new device and click «Next»
  8. Under «Phone number & SIM», click «Take over existing phone number» and enter the required details
  9. Under «Please upload the power of attorney form», select either «Upload form» or «Upload form within the next 14 days». Important: Return the form within 14 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled and the porting request must be submitted again.
  10. Follow the remaining ordering steps. 

Notes:

  • Check any fees for breach of contract and the earliest possible porting date with your current provider by sending an SMS with the text «INFO» to 503
  • Selecting «Upload form within the next 14 days» sends the designated user an e-mail with the login details (one-time password and URL) for the power of attorney form
  • The power of attorney form must either be signed physically or with an eSignature

Power of attorney

Issue a power of attorney using the form.

Complete the following power of attorney form with the required information: 

The power of attorney form must meet the following requirements:

  • Signature of the authorised signatory
  • If the authorised signatory has joint signing authority, the signatures of two authorised signatories are required
  • Copy of the ID of all persons involved
  • Company stamp
  • Indication of whether it is a general power of attorney; if not, specify which actions the employee is authorised to perform
  • Current date

Return the completed form via the contact form

Note:

To access My Swisscom Business as an administrator, the basic contract is required.

Subscription changes

Change a mobile subscription in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect

  1. Open «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business
  2. For the relevant phone number, click the «Arrow icon»
  3. Under «Product details», select «Change product»
  4. Follow the remaining ordering steps.

inOne KMU Mobile / blue Mobile

  1. Open «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business
  2. For the relevant phone number, click the «Three-dot icon»
  3. Open «Configure product»
  4. Under «My blue Mobile» or «My inOne KMU Mobile», open «Change subscription»
  5. Follow the remaining ordering steps.

Pause a subscription in My Swisscom Business for up to 12 months.

Protect & Connect

  1. Under «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business, search for the relevant phone number
  2. Click the «Arrow icon»
  3. Under «Product details», select «Edit status»
  4. Select the dates and choose «Pause product»
    - Note: A confirmation SMS will be sent to the relevant phone number

inOne KMU Mobile / Blue Mobile

  1. Under «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business, search for the relevant phone number
  2. Click the «Three-dot icon» and «Configure product»
  3. Click «Contract» on the left
  4. Click «Pause subscription»
    - Note: A confirmation SMS will be sent to the relevant phone number 

Other subscriptions

It is not possible to pause a subscription. 

Change a bundled offer in My Swisscom Business or contact your Swisscom partner.


Private customer / SME products

  1. Open «Inventory» in My Swisscom Business
  2. Open the relevant bundled offer, such as beem Office or blue home
  3. Proceed as follows:
    beem Office: Click «Customise product»
    blue home: Click the «Three-dot icon» and «Customise product»
  4. Make the desired changes
  5. Click «Show more offers»
  6. Depending on the desired product, proceed as follows:
    Private customer offers: Click «Order» for the desired offer
    SME offers: Under «Flexible bundled packages for SMEs», click «Learn more»
