Microsoft Teams Telephony Mobile
Connect your mobile subscriptions to the Microsoft Teams communication platform and improve employee availability. You can make and receive calls from any location or device and switch seamlessly between all Teams-enabled devices during Teams calls.
beemNet is your trusted gateway to the Internet, protecting all connected devices from cyberthreats and reinforcing privacy safeguards with targeted anonymisation and encryption.
Devices connected to the Swisscom mobile network or Swisscom Internet log into beemNet automatically. On third-party networks, you can log in with your mobile phone number or a Swisscom Business Account.
Your personal beem security dashboard, which is available for the beem app and Swisscom Cockpit, provides complete transparency. In compliance with data protection regulations, administrators receive an aggregated, anonymised view of the beem security dashboard.

With Protect & Connect Europe, each user licence can be used on 3 included devices simultaneously. This can be extended to 6 devices max. (for 5.-/mo. per additional device, including VAT). The devices can be used with or without an eSIM/SIM.
All features of Protect & Connect Europe are available for current versions of Apple iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Google Android and Microsoft Windows, including access to beemNet, the beem app, device management1 and Zero Trust access1 on business applications. The beem app is not available for any other client operating systems, e.g. Apple watchOS, tvOS, Linux and outdated operating system versions. With Protect & Connect, data transmission in the Swisscom mobile network is prioritised, giving you an optimal mobile surfing experience even in the busiest areas.
Each Protect & Connect user licence can be used by one person.
User and rights management:
A maximum of one Swisscom Business Account can be linked to each user licence. With a linked account, you can log in to beemNet, either using the beem app, an Internet browser list of supported browsers or automatically on the Swisscom network. The Swisscom Business Account enables secure and straightforward passwordless authentication.
The following single sign-on (SSO) use cases are also supported: Swisscom Services, SME IT Solution2, Enterprise Workspace2, private business applications3 and SaaS3. Federated identities2 can also be supported as an option per user licence with Microsoft Entra ID or any directory service (e.g. Active Directory). Read more in the system requirements.
Business applications stored locally or in the cloud can be accessed securely on site or remotely. Zero Trust access to business applications allows you to protect your company data.
The included device management1 enhances security and ease of use when accessing business applications. Users can manage their devices in the beem App and the device inventory in the Swisscom Cockpit (cockpit.swisscom.ch), while administrators can manage all users’ devices in my Swisscom Business.
Device Posture Management1 is also included. This assesses the security posture of client devices and ensures that they comply with security policies before granting access to network resources or business applications. Read more in the system requirements.
