Simply order the Enterprise Mobile subscription of your choice in My Swisscom Business. To keep your existing phone number, just complete, sign and upload the form for number porting as part of the order process. Done. Your preferred switch date must be between 5 and 365 days in the future.

Swisscom cancels your old subscription

We deal with everything else for you, ensuring a quick and smooth cancellation with your old provider.

Activate your new mobile subscription with Swisscom

As soon as your old provider approves the switch, you will receive your SIM card or eSIM profile by post or e-mail in time to activate your new Swisscom subscription.
