All Premium Speed subscriptions have a 2 Gbit/s upload and download speed. The Enterprise Mobile Data Swiss light with a download speed of 200 Mbit/s achieves an upload speed of 100 Mbit/s.

If more than 40 GB is used abroad per month, the max. data speed is reduced to 0.2 Mbit/s download and 0.1 Mbit/s upload. Use remains unlimited and will not incur additional charges. To access the maximum subscription speed again while travelling abroad, data packages are available to purchase. Data packages can be added by the end user in cockpit.swisscom.ch(opens in new tab) while travelling abroad.

Additional offer terms

If you take out a new Enterprise Mobile subscription, you will receive a permanent discount. The subscription price and discount amount depend on the Enterprise Mobile subscription selected:

  • Enterprise Mobile Swiss normally costs CHF 50/month. With a permanent discount of CHF 10, you pay CHF 40/month, or CHF 32.50/month including the 15% SME benefit.
  • Enterprise Mobile Europe normally costs CHF 80 per month. With a permanent discount of CHF 25, you pay CHF 55/month, or CHF 43/month including the 15% SME benefit.
  • Enterprise Mobile Europe advanced normally costs CHF 100 per month. With a permanent discount of CHF 25, you pay CHF 75/month, or CHF 60/month including the 15% SME benefit.
  • Enterprise Mobile Intercontinental normally costs CHF 150/month. With a permanent discount of CHF 25, you pay CHF 125/month, or CHF 102.50/month including the 15% SME benefit.
  • Enterprise Mobile Global normally costs CHF 200 per month. With a permanent discount of CHF 25, you pay CHF 175/month, or CHF 145/month including the 15% SME benefit.

‘Long-term discount’ or ‘permanent discount’ means a nominal, unlimited discount on the currently valid standard price of the Enterprise Mobile subscription you selected when you took out the contract. The permanent discount will continue to apply if the phone number is temporarily deactivated in order to be reactivated at a later date with the same Enterprise Mobile subscription, or if the phone number is transferred seamlessly from one employee to the next while retaining the existing Enterprise Mobile subscription. The permanent discount no longer applies if you switch to another mobile subscription, if you cancel the selected Enterprise Mobile subscription or if Swisscom withdraws it from its range.

The minimum term of contract is 24 months; the activation charge is CHF 55.41. The offer is valid until 31 March 2025, not available with a simple change of subscription. This promotion can be combined with the 15% SME benefit, the exchange offer and Buyback Business, but not with other promotions.

Conditions for currently marketed Enterprise Mobile subscriptions. 

General:  

  • With Enterprise Mobile subscriptions, you cannot switch to a subscription with a lower monthly fee free of charge within the first 30 days of signing the contract. This period also applies after switching to a subscription with a higher monthly fee.
  • Should the customer nevertheless wish to switch to a lower-priced subscription within the first 30 days of signing the contract, they will be charged CHF 138.76 (price excluding 8.1% VAT).
  • You can switch to a subscription with a higher monthly fee free of charge at any time.

Note: The 30-day period is calculated on the basis of the active (non-suspended) days. 

Additional conditions when purchasing a discounted device:  

  • If the customer benefits from a device discount from Swisscom as part of a mobile contract, they cannot switch to a subscription with a lower monthly fee free of charge for at least 6 months.
  • Should the customer nevertheless wish to switch to a lower-priced subscription within the first 6 months of receiving the device discount, they will be charged CHF 185.01 (price excluding 8.1% VAT).
  • You can switch to a subscription with a higher monthly fee free of charge at any time.

The connections are intended for customary commercial and average private communication between business customers.

For subscriptions with unlimited data volumes, excessive use will be defined as exceeding the following monthly limits (additionally purchased data packages are not taken into account):

  • National data volumes in excess of 60 GB;
  • Roaming data volume in excess of 40 GB greater;
  • National voice communication in excess of 10,000 minutes;
  • International and roaming voice communication in excess of 2,500 minutes;
  • SMS in excess of 10,000 units.

Abusive use includes in particular (but is not restricted to):

  • The forwarding of Swisscom services by Customers to third parties or for other purposes, e.g. reselling or using connections for GSM gateways (router, hotspots);
  • Using the connections for machine-to-machine, direct inward dialling and permanent connections, monitoring applications or static use;
  • exclusive use abroad of the subscription

Swisscom may, at its own discretion, monitor the Customer’s use at the level of the individual connection (connection/telephone number with all associated (e)SIMs cards) in terms of the types of traffic contained in the relevant subscription. Swisscom will reserve the right to notify the Customer and/or the respective end user of any excessive or abusive use, while at the same time initiating suitable and appropriate measures to prevent any excessive or abusive use of the affected connections, reduce the speed, discontinue service provision or limit it to the maximum permitted volume.
