If your bill is unexpectedly higher, this may be due to unpaid amounts from the previous month or additional charges:
If your bill is higher than last month and you haven't ordered anything new, this could be due to an expired promotion or a change of subscription:
Have you been abroad or made calls abroad? Calls to and from abroad are not included in every subscription and can unexpectedly increase your bill:

Do you see purchases on your bill that you didn't order from Swisscom? These may come from third-party providers that you paid for via your cell phone:
Is your first bill higher than expected? This is normal - the first bill after a new contract often contains more than just one regular month:
Have you canceled a subscription and still receive an invoice? That's correct - a final invoice is usually issued after a subscription has been canceled. We use this to charge for all services used in the last month - including connections or purchases that have not yet been billed.
If your Swisscom bill is higher than usual, there may be various reasons for this: an expired promotion, a subscription change, unpaid amounts from the previous month or additional charges due to roaming or value-added services. You can find an overview of all possible reasons in this overview: Unusual invoice amounts
We break down the monthly charges for your Mobile, Internet, TV and other subscriptions in detail by various items on your Swisscom bill. You can also find the details directly on your bill, from page 3 onwards.
