How to set up your Swisscom streaming package after ordering:

After ordering a streaming package from Swisscom, you will receive an e-mail with setup instructions. How to activate:

  1. Open the email confirmation and click on the blue button.
  2. Create a new account with the streaming provider or log in with an existing account.
  3. Complete the activation on the provider's website.
  4. Stream the content you want by opening the streaming service via the TV-box or the provider's app.

You can add and activate streaming offers directly in My Swisscom. Here's how activation works:

  1. Open My Swisscom(opens in new tab)
  2. Select the menu item "My products / TV."
  3. Select "+ Add additional offer."
  4. Click on the streaming subscription you want.
  5. Select "Set up now" and complete the registration process.

Link streaming package to existing streaming subscription

Do you already have an active subscription and account with Netflix, Disney+, or another streaming service? Follow the instructions to link your existing subscription to the new Swisscom streaming package.

You can link the streaming package for Netflix to your existing Netflix subscription without having to cancel it. Here's how it works:

  • Activate the Swisscom streaming package.Instructions
  • Your previous payment method will be automatically deactivated and your Netflix subscription will now run through Swisscom.


Important:

  • Any existing additional memberships will be deactivated when you link your account to Swisscom.
  • If you have paid for your existing Netflix subscription via Apple, you must cancel it with Apple in advance. This will prevent double billing.

You can order the streaming package for Disney+ via Swisscom, even if you have an active Disney+ subscription.

Option 1: If you already have the same or a cheaper Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Standard with advertising) subscribed to directly with Disney+ using the same email address, Disney+ will automatically pause your existing account after you place an order with Swisscom. You can then continue to use your new Disney+ account with Swisscom with the same login and password. Once you have completed your registration with Disney+, you will receive an email with all the necessary information on how to pause your existing subscription.

Option 2: You have subscribed to a higher-value Disney+ offer (e.g. Disney+ Premium) directly with Disney+ using the same email address that is used for the Swisscom streaming package, and have switched to a new, cheaper offer with Swisscom (e.g. Disney+ Standard with advertising): You can cancel the subscription yourself in your Disney+ account. Once you have completed your registration with Disney+, you will receive an email with the relevant information. Option 3: You have subscribed to Disney+ via an app provider (e.g., Apple, Google, etc.): After completing your registration with Disney+, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for managing your existing subscription.

Option 4: You subscribed to Disney+ directly with Disney, but with a different email address than the one used for your Swisscom streaming package: Cancel your Disney+ subscription yourself in your Disney+ account settings.

You can only order the streaming package for Paramount+ via Swisscom once you have canceled your existing Paramount+ subscription with the provider. Here's how it works:

  2. Order the streaming package for Paramount+ via Swisscom.
  3. Activate the streaming package. Important: Use your existing Paramount+ login details when registering.Instructions

You can only order the streaming package for YouTube Premium via Swisscom once you have canceled your existing YouTube Premium subscription with the provider. Here's how it works:

  2. Order the streaming package for YouTube Premium via Swisscom.
  3. Activate the streaming package. You can use your existing YouTube Premium login.Instructions

Important:

  • Your playlists, favorites, and saved content will remain available.
  • If you have multiple YouTube subscriptions at the same time, no refunds will be made by Swisscom or YouTube.

You can only order the streaming package for Sky Sport via Swisscom once you have canceled your existing Sky Sport subscription with the provider. Here's how it works:

Often, an outdated or incorrectly entered email address is the reason why your existing streaming account is not recognized. Check the email address in My Swisscom and log in to the provider again.

If your streaming subscription is not recognized, try the following steps:

  1. Log out and log back in on the provider's website.
  2. Check whether the streaming package is activated in My Swisscom. Instructions
  3. Link your account again. Instructions
  4. Wait a moment. Activation may take a while to become visible.

If you cannot start the streaming app, try the following:

  • TRestart the TV-box
  • Check your internet connection
  • Update the app
  • Unplug the device and plug it back in

You can cancel your streaming package at any time at the end of the month without a minimum contract term.

  2. Under "My products," select the "TV" section.
  3. Select the streaming package and cancel it under "Manage."
