Signatures for non-commercial use are free of charge – regardless of the signature type (SES, AES, QES). A use is considered commercial if there is a cash flow in connection with the document (e.g. employment, rental or supply contract). The following prices per signature apply for commercial use:
SES: CHF 0.95 per signature
AES: CHF 1.50 per signature
QES: CHF 2.40 per signature
With Swisscom Sign you can sign documents with a simple (SES), advanced (AES) and qualified electronic signature (QES).

You can invite someone to co-sign a document. Here’s how:
After each completed signature process, you receive an e-mail with a link to the signed document - regardless of whether one or more people have signed it.
You can download the document via this link within 30 days. Please download it in good time and save it on your device or in a cloud, as it will then be deleted automatically.
On this Swiss Confederation web page, you can upload a document and check free of charge whether the qualified electronic signature is valid.
Swisscom Sign cannot yet be used in Microsoft Office or Google Docs. Such an offer is currently being developed.

A scanned signature does not meet the requirements for a qualified electronic signature. So if you sign on a piece of paper, scan it and use it digitally, it is not legally equivalent to your handwritten signature, because it is easy to fake or reproduce.
