Give the gift of prepaid credit: top up your prepaid mobile by SMS or in the Swisscom Cockpit.
Send an SMS to the number 444 from the mobile to be topped up with the following info: PAYMENT “Mobile number” and “Amount”. For example, PAYMENT 0791234567 50
In the Cockpit
Go to the Swisscom Cockpit(opens in new tab) from your Prepaid mobile. Enter the amount you wish to top up and select “Swisscom invoice” as the payment method.
Do you need to make an urgent call but you have less than CHF 10.– credit? We’ll help you out with an advance. This service can be ordered by prepaid customers over the age of 18 if the service has been activated on their subscription (default settings).
Activate or deactivate service
Send a free SMS with the words START ADVANCE or STOP ADVANCE to 444. If you do not know whether the service has been activated or deactivated, you can check the status by sending a free SMS with the words ADVANCE STATUS to 444.
Order an advance of CHF 5.–
Send a free SMS with the word ADVANCE to 444. When you next top up your credit, we will bill you CHF 5.50 (advance plus service charge).
If your credit drops below CHF 3.–, you will receive an automatic SMS informing you about the advance option.
