How can I sell my second-hand smartphone to Swisscom?
You have the following options:
- Put the buyback value of your old mobile phone directly towards the purchase of a new smartphone
- Have the buyback amount for your old mobile paid out via bank transfer or credited to your next Swisscom bill
- Donate the buyback value or part of it to the SOS Children’s Villages foundation
Swisscom’s buyback offer for second-hand smartphones is provided in cooperation with partner company Recommerce Solutions (RS) Switzerland.
Do you also accept damaged or broken smartphones?
We accept all mobile phones, whether they are still working or not. However, any unusable mobile phones must be sent in at your own costs or dropped off at a Mobile Aid box in a Swisscom Shop.
How can I send in my smartphone?
Place your old smartphone in an envelope, affix the pre-franked label that you were sent by e-mail and place it in the post. You will also find pre-franked return labels in My Swisscom under Activities & Documents.
How long will it take for me to receive the bank transfer payment for my smartphone?
According to the general terms and conditions, we guarantee a payment within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail that the product received meets the purchase criteria.
