Welche Konditionen gelten für das Angebot?

So funktionieren klimaneutrale Abos
- Für klimaneutrale Abos braucht es ein klimaneutrales Netz (Mobil- und Festnetz) sowie klimaneutrale Endgeräte (Internet-Boxen, TV Boxen, WLAN Boxen und Smartphones).
- Das Swisscom Netz ist klimaneutral: Swisscom betreibt ihr gesamtes Netz seit über 10 Jahren mit 100% erneuerbarer Energie und produziert mit 87 Photovoltaikanlagen einen Teil des Stromverbrauches selbst. Durch fortlaufende Modernisierung der Technologie und Steigerung der Energieeffizienz konnten wir zudem die CO2-Emissionen aus dem Betrieb seit 1990 um über 80% reduzieren. Alle diese Massnahmen bewirken, dass weniger CO2-Emissionen entstehen. Sämtliche CO2-Restemissionen, die wir nicht selbst reduzieren können, kompensieren wir.
- Endgeräte sind klimaneutral: Swisscom Eigenprodukte wie Internet- und TV Boxen sind bereits seit 2020 klimaneutral. Dies durch effizientere Produktion und optimierte Verpackungen. Smartphones produzieren wir nicht selber, hier übernehmen wir jedoch die Kompensation der CO2-Emissionen, die bei Produktion, Transport und Nutzung anfallen vollständig für unsere Kund*innen. Kompensation bedeutet, dass CO2-Emissionen durch die Investition in Klimaschutzprojekte in gleicher Menge an anderer Stelle verhindert oder der Atmosphäre entzogen wird. Swisscom unterstützt verschiedenen anerkannte Klimaschutzprojekte.

What you need to know about the offers in general
What conditions apply to the welcome gift offer?
- Online only: One-off activation fee: 99.90 on us.
- From 04.04. to 05.05.2024, if you sign up for a new or additional blue Internet subscription (e.g. blue Internet M for 79.90/month) with blue TV M (24.90/month) as a minimum will be credited 500.–.
- In the event of premature cancellation of blue Internet or blue TV, the costs for the router and the purchased TV-Box – Swisscom TV-Box or Apple TV-Box – will be billed in addition to the remaining subscription fees.
- If the credit has not been issued or not issued in full by the time the contract ends, the remaining amount will be forfeited (no cash payment). If the contract is not concluded or is revoked by the customer and the customer has already received the credit in full or in part, the credited amount plus a flat fee of 200.– will be charged.
- The minimum service period for blue Internet and blue TV is 36 months each.
- Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions to a blue Internet subscription (e.g. from Vivo).
What conditions apply to the Netflix offer?
Contract details and conditions
- When you sign up for a new blue Internet (with/without blue TV) from 3 April to 5 May 2024, you will receive 6 months of Netflix Standard on us (total value: 113.40 (6 x 18.90/month)).
- Offer available after ordering with an email address.
- If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Netflix offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.
- There are costs for any remaining Internet and TV subscription fees as well as purchased routers and TV boxes.
Activation of Netflix credit
- After signing the contract and activating the product, you will receive an email to activate Netflix.
- Link your Swisscom account to Netflix via this email and activate the credit.
- After the 6 months, Netflix continues to run for a fee. Cancel proactively via mySwisscom to avoid additional costs.
Subscription change and cancellation
- You can upgrade to a higher-value Netflix subscription during the 6 free months.
- The notice period is 1 month.
Offer for existing Swisscom customers
- Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new/additional blue Internet (with/without TV).
- Customers are only allowed to benefit from the Netflix offer once within 6 free months.
What conditions apply to the Disney+ offer?
Contract details and conditions
- When you take out a new blue Internet contract (with/without blue TV), you will receive 6 months Disney+ Standard with ads as a credit (total value: 47.40 (6 x 7.90/mth)).
- Credit available after ordering with an e-mail address.
Activation of the Disney+ offer
- The Disney+ option is activated automatically after activation of the blue Internet or blue TV.
- The free 6 months run from the time the option is activated.
- During 6 months, 7.90 will be deducted from the bill as a credit note.
Conditions and contract terms for Disney+ offer
- The Disney+ option can be linked to Disney via this link(opens in new tab).
- If this link is made, the Disney+ option will continue to run for a fee of 7.90/mth after the promotion expires.
- If the option is not linked to Disney, there are no costs after 6 months.
Possible change of Disney+ subscription
- You can switch from Disney+ Standard with ads to the Standard without ads or Premium subscription model during the free 6 months.
- Until the end of the 6 months, you will continue to receive the credit of 7.90 and pay the surcharge for the higher option.
- The change results in a minimum contract period of 12 months (from the time of the change).
- Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is not possible before the Disney+ minimum contract period of 12 months has expired.
- Cancellation period is 1 month in each case (first possible at the end of the minimum contract period for annual subscriptions).
- If you already have a Disney+ subscription with Disney, you may be billed twice. If the existing Disney+ subscription is billed by a third party, you must manage your account directly with this third party in order to benefit from the Swisscom promotion. The Disney+ GTC apply.
Consequences of contract cancellation or early termination
- If the contract is cancelled or terminated prematurely and Disney+ credit has already been purchased, the total value of the credit and a lump sum of 200.– will be charged.
- In addition to the remaining blue Internet and blue TV subscription fees, the costs of the router and the TV boxes purchased will also be charged.

Offer for existing Swisscom customers
- Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new / additional blue Internet (with/without TV).
- Customers may only benefit from the Disney+ offer once within a 6-month period, even if they take out blue Mobile and blue Internet at the same time or at different times.
How can you benefit from the welcome gift and the Netflix and Disney+ promotion if you are still with another provider?
To switch providers, you must:
- Cancel your existing contract: To do this, contact your provider and cancel the contract.
- You will then receive acancellation confirmationfrom your provider, which states the end of the contract.
- As soon as you have received this confirmation, you can order a new subscription with a streaming promotion online from Swisscom.
- In the ordering process you must indicate theend of your old contract. If it's a weekend day, just select the day before the weekend.
- Then order the new subscription with a streaming promotion and you are done.
