  • If you take out a new blue Internet contract and buy at least blue TV M, you will receive the Samsung The Frame TV 65’’ – 2025 Series (65LS03F) worth 2499.– (RRP) for the price of 99.–.
  • Exclusively online: Activation of 99.90 for free.
  • Offer as long as stocks last, at the latest until 11.01.2026.
  • Minimum subscription period blue Internet and blue TV 36 months each.
  • If the contract is not concluded or is cancelled by you and you have already purchased the Samsung TV, you will be charged the full purchase price of the device, the costs of any routers and TV boxes supplied and a flat rate of 200.–.
  • Offer not valid with blue TV S or when simply switching subscriptions.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions from Swisscom or Samsung, in particular Soundbar Redemption and Bezel are subject to a charge.

How do I receive the Samsung The Frame offer?

  1. Take out a new blue Internet and at least a blue TV M subscription by 11.01.2026 and receive the Samsung TV for the price of 99.–.
  2. To purchase the Samsung TV, you will receive an e-mail from Swisscom with a promotional code valid until 10.05.2026 after you have signed the contract and successfully activated the product by 24.05.2026.
  3. Click on the link and enter your code in the next steps. Thanks to the code, you will receive the Samsung TV worth 2499.– for the price of 99.–.
  4. You will receive the Samsung TV a few days after activating the blue Internet subscription.

How can you benefit from the Samsung The Frame if you are still with another Internet provider?

To change your Internet provider, you need to:

  1. Cancel your existing contract: To do this, contact your provider and cancel the contract.
  2. You will then receive a termination confirmation from your provider stating the end of the contract.
  3. Once you have received this confirmation, you can order online a new subscription with the Samsung TV promotion from Swisscom.
  4. In the order process, you must state the end of your old contract. If it is a weekend day, simply select the day before the weekend.
  5. Then order the new subscription with the Samsung TV promotion and you're done.

I already have a Swisscom Internet subscription – can I benefit?

As an existing customer, you can only benefit from the offer if you take out at least a new, additional blue Internet with at least blue TV M for an additional location.

Can I choose the TV in a different size (e.g. 55 inch or 75 inch)?

Within this promotion, the Samsung The Frame is exclusively available in 65-inch size.

How will my Samsung The Frame be delivered and how does the warranty and any repairs work?

Your Samsung TV will be delivered as freight directly to your address. For your safety and that of the TV, a written confirmation of receipt is required.

Important note: If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited for collection at your local post office. You will receive a notification and can collect it there at your convenience. You will receive the full Samsung manufacturer warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. For warranty claims or repairs, please contact Samsung customer service directly. You will receive a detailed information sheet with your TV containing all important information.
