Our My Service experts can also provide standalone services without a subscription.

No, it is a freephone number. However, if a service is requested without a subscription, a charge of CHF 40.–/15 minutes will apply for the service. The price of the support will always be agreed with the customer before work starts.

Depending on the issue, a consultation can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

Yes, a minimum contract term of 12 months applies for all new subscriptions.
