What is myAI and what can I do with it?
myAI is your personal AI chatbot – developed by Swisscom for Switzerland. Speak naturally in your own accent or write your questions and receive help from myAI with various tasks: writing and translating text, summarising information, developing ideas, writing e-mails, answering questions – and much more besides.
Which subscriptions are available?
There are two myAI versions available:
- Free: for short conversations and simple requests
- Pro: this version has extended limits for more in-depth conversations and searches
How do I use myAI?
myAI works in an Internet browser or as an app for iOS and Android. All you need is a Swisscom Login – you don’t have to be a Swisscom customer.
How does myAI differ from other chatbots (e.g. ChatGPT)?
myAI has been specially developed by Swisscom for Switzerland. It offers an optimised user experience for the Swiss market, recognises local contexts and processes your data exclusively in Switzerland and the EU. What’s more, none of the information you enter will be used to train the AI.
How secure is myAI?
Data protection has top priority at myAI:
- Swiss & EU servers: Your data is processed exclusively on servers in Switzerland and the EU - under the full control of Swisscom
- No disclosure: Your data will not be passed on to third parties
- No profiling: Swisscom does not use your data for AI training or individual profile analyses
- Your control: you can delete your conversations yourself at any time
