Frequently asked questions about the Apple iPad Air 11'' offer
What conditions apply to the Apple iPad Air offer?
- Customers receive an Apple iPad Air 11" (M3) Wi-Fi 128 GB space grey for 0.– when taking out a new blue Mobile L subscription (101.80/month) or for 99.– when taking out a new blue Mobile M subscription (81.80/month). Price without subscription: 579.–. The offer is valid while supplies last.
- 1 gift per subscription, maximum 5 gifts per person.
- Activation fee of 59.90 (does not apply when you sign up online).
- Minimum subscription period for blue Mobile M/L: 24 months.
- If the contract is not concluded or if it is rescinded by the customer and he has already received the device, he will be charged the full purchase price of the device plus a fee of 200.–.
When will the Apple iPad Air be shipped?
The device will be delivered by post 2–3 days after activation (Easy Point or Pick-up not possible). Delivery is free of charge.
Fair Use Policy
The mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).
