What is the «We are Family!» discount?
If there are several blue Mobile subscriptions in the same household, you will receive a 50% discount on the 2nd to 5th blue Mobile subscription every month. For these Mobile subscriptions, you can submit your request via the My Swisscom App and at swisscom.ch.
How does the «We are Family!» discount differ from the Combi Discount?
You can benefit from the Combi Discount (formerly blue Benefit) when you combine blue Internet with blue Mobile. You will receive a 20.– Combi Discount on the first blue Mobile subscription. With the «We are Family!» discount, you save when you have several blue Mobile subscriptions in the same household. You receive a 50% discount on the 2nd to 5th subscription every month. In addition, you waive assistance in the shop or via the hotline.
You can apply both discounts to up to 5 blue Mobile subscriptions in the same household.
If you combine both discounts, you will receive 20.– on the first blue Mobile subscription and a 50% «We are Family!» discount on each additional subscription.
Which subscriptions are eligible for the «We are Family!» discount?
You can combine the following blue Mobile subscriptions to benefit from the discount:
first subscription – no discount
2nd to 5th subscription – 50% discount
What are the requirements for receiving the «We are Family!» discount?
- At least two eligible blue Mobile subscriptions with the same residential address.
- The subscriptions must be in the name of the same person or be registered in My Swisscom under "My household."
- You accept the applicable conditions, such as the extension of the minimum contract term by 24 months and that you resolve any issues around the clock via the app and website instead of via the hotline or shop. The first blue Mobile subscription is not affected by these conditions.
- Existing promotions and price advantages may be discontinued.
- Customers with subscriptions that have an active minimum contract term cannot switch to «We are Family!». They must wait until the end of the minimum contract term.
How do I get the «We are Family!» discount?
The procedure varies depending on whether you or someone else in your household already has a blue Mobile subscription:
- You have a blue Mobile subscription and take out another one:
If both subscriptions are under the same customer number, you will automatically receive the «We are Family!» discount, provided you selected it when placing your order. - Someone else has a blue Mobile subscription and you have (a new) one:
That person must invite you to "My Household" in My Swisscom. - You have a blue Mobile subscription and someone else has (a new) one?
Invite the person to "My household" in My Swisscom. - You have previously benefited from the old Family Discount:
The person who manages "My Household" in My Swisscom must remove you and invite you again.
Can I combine the Combi Discount with the «We are Family!» discount?
Yes. If you combine the Combi Discount (formerly blue Benefit) with the «We are Family!» discount, you will receive 20.– on your first mobile subscription every month and a 50% «We are Family!» discount on your second to fifth subscriptions discount.
How long is the discount valid?
The «We are Family!» discount is valid as long as the subscriptions meet the necessary requirements.

If you invite someone from another provider without a Swisscom Mobile subscription to «We are Family!», we will reward your commitment with 200.–.

The conditions for the "Member-get-Member" bonus are:

- This offer is valid for private customers only.
- The inviting customer can benefit from the bonus a maximum of four times.
