Can I watch blue TV on multiple TVs and mobile devices?
Yes. With a TV subscription from Swisscom, you can enjoy blue TV on up to five TVs (Swisscom TV-Box, Apple TV 4K or smart TV). For this, you need the Multiroom Max option for CHF 9.90/month (up to four additional TV sets).
You can also use blue TV on additional mobile devices (smartphone, tablet or laptop) at no extra cost. How many devices you can use at the same time depends on the subscription/content you choose.
I just want to use an extra TV. Do I still have to add 4 devices?
With the option and a second TV-Box, you benefit from all the functions of your blue TV subscription on both television sets simultaneously. On smart TVs, you can also use blue TV via the blue TV app. There is no option for just one additional device, with the Multiroom Max option you can use one to four additional TV sets.
What advantages does Multiroom Max offer?
With the Multiroom Max option, all you need is a blue TV subscription. Use all the content and functions of your subscription on up to five TV sets simultaneously. You can operate up to five TV-Boxes, Apple TV 4K or smart TVs via the blue TV app, even at a second address.
How do I use blue TV at two addresses?
Thanks to Multiroom Max, you can use blue TV at two locations at the same time with just one subscription (e.g. abroad or at your second home). Abroad, the use of blue TV is limited due to licensing restrictions: live content is blocked. However, the blue TV app enables you to watch your recordings and purchased films offline from abroad.

How can I install Multiroom Max?
Order the option for your blue TV subscription at My Swisscom or on your TV. At the same time, you can also order any necessary additional TV-Boxes or install the blue TV app on additional smart TVs. Installation is incredibly simple.
Can I also use Multiroom Max without a blue TV subscription?
No. Multiroom Max is an option for your blue TV subscription. You can therefore only use Multiroom Max together with a blue TV subscription.
How can I cancel Multiroom Max?
You can adjust or deactivate the Multiroom Max option at any time in My Swisscom under TV settings. The option can be cancelled at the end of any month.
