Bluewin Webmail: Login and instructions

Log in to your Bluewin Webmail, change the language or adjust other settings.

E-mail account settings

When you log in to Webmail, your email inbox opens automatically. At the top left of the main navigation bar, simply use the corresponding icons to switch between email, calendar, address book and tasks.

  1. Click on the cogwheel next to your profile picture.
  2. Select "All settings" in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on "General" in the menu on the left.
  4. In the "Language and time zone" section, you can select the desired language.

E-mail accounts are not permanently deleted until 180 days after the pause. Until this time, the accounts are listed in My Swisscom and can be restored. To do this, set the corresponding address as your primary e-mail account or switch to a higher subscription.

With Bluewin E-Mail basic or Bluewin E-Mail advanced you can use Webmail ad-free and have more storage space.

You can use the account manager in Webmail to access your individual email accounts (different email addresses). To do this, click on the profile button at the top right and select the desired account.

If you have several e-mail addresses, you can specify in My Swisscom which address is your primary e-mail account.

Each e-mail address has its own address book. With the "Export/Import" function, you can also store the appointments and contacts in other e-mail accounts.

View/edit e-mails

  1. Click the cogwheel icon next to your profile picture. 
  2. Select “All settings” in the dropdown menu. 
  3. In the “Read” area, you can activate and deactivate the layout and preferred option(s) (e.g. text preview, date and time or message size).

  3. Select the “Checkboxes” option in the “Read” area. This allows you to select e-mails in the inbox.

You can also select e-mails using the keyboard. To do this, hold down “CTRL” or “Command” and select the e-mails individually – or all e-mails by holding down the “Shift” key and selecting the first and last e-mail.

  2. Select “All settings” in the dropdown menu. 
  3. You can add a new signature in the “Signatures” area.

  3. In the “Approved and blocked senders” area, you can set who can send you an e-mail and who cannot.

Move individual e-mails to the spam folder in Webmail using the drag-and-drop function or flag the message as spam (using the icon).

AI functions

Three new functions with artificial intelligence (AI) are available to you in Bluewin Webmail: Summarise long emails, translate messages and suggest suitable replies. You decide yourself whether and for which e-mails you want to use AI by actively calling up the desired function.

The AI functions (powered by Anthropic) are currently only available to customers with a Bluewin E-Mail advanced subscription. Consent is required for use, which you can revoke at any time in the Webmail settings. The availability for E-Mail advanced is rolled out gradually over the coming weeks.

To activate the AI functions:

  1. Log in to Bluewin Webmail.
  2. Select the AI integration via the AI button.
  3. Click on the desired AI function («Summarise», «Translate» or «Reply»).
  4. Confirm your consent to use it the first time. 

Note: The AI functions are in the beta phase and are being continuously developed. The offer may change dynamically.
