Set up Bluewin E-Mail

Set up Bluewin e-mail in your e-mail program such as Outlook. This way you have your e-mails, calendar and contacts directly on your smartphone or computer.

Set up e-mail only

Select the appropriate instructions to set up Bluewin e-mail on your device. Thanks to IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), your e-mails are automatically synchronized on all devices.

Set up e-mail, calendar and contacts

On your smartphone

Set up your emails, calendar, contacts and tasks on your cell phone. Thanks to Exchange ActiveSync, the data on your device is automatically synchronized.

Compatible with Mail app (iOS) and Gmail app (Android). Available with Bluewin E-Mail basic and Bluewin E-Mail advanced

Server settings:

  • Account type: Exchange Active Sync 
  • Username: E-mail address. e.g. prename.name@bluewin.ch
  • Password: e-mail password (change in My Swisscom(opens in new tab))
  • Server address: sync.bluewin.ch (port 443 - is filled in automatically)

Set up on your PC/Mac

Set up your emails, calendar and contacts on your PC or Mac. Thanks to IMAP with CalDAV and CardDAV, the data on your device is automatically synchronized.

CalDAV and CardDAV are not compatible with Microsoft Outlook. Available with Bluewin E-Mail basic and Bluewin E-Mail advanced

You can set up Bluewin e-mail with the help of instructions or manually using the server settings.

Server settings
:

  • Account type: IMAP

Frequently asked questions

You have set up your e-mail, but your calendar and contacts are not synchronizing? Check whether CalDAV and CardDAV or Exchange Active Sync are set up correctly or set them up again.
