Yes, it is usually possible to keep your fixed network number when switching to Swisscom. Swisscom offers a porting service that allows you to keep your existing number. Please note, however, that some restrictions or fees may apply for porting a fixed network number. It is therefore advisable to check the conditions and requirements for porting beforehand. Transfer contract

Yes, Swisscom does offer the option of choosing your own fixed network number (Top Number). Top Numbers are divided into different price classes. You can add a number of different options to your fixed network subscription. These include, for example, options for free international calls, additional phone numbers or a COMBOX®. You can add these options online, at a Swisscom Shop or on the hotline. Go to fixed network options

Yes, after expiry of the minimum service period, you can cancel your fixed network subscription at the end of a month under observance of a two-month period of notice. Notice periods and fees depend on the applicable terms and conditions and the selected tariff. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your fixed network subscription.
