Is your Bluewin inbox full? Find out how to increase or free up storage space in Bluewin Email and how to delete emails.
You can see how much storage space you're using and how much you have left in Webmail, on the left below the folder overview.
If your storage space is full, you won't be able to send or receive any more emails. There are two ways to free up storage space:
Delete received and sent emails.
To ensure important emails aren’t lost, save them locally.
Upgrade to a higher email plan.
Free up storage space by deleting emails. Here's how:
Sign in to Webmail using your Swisscom login credentials.
Select the email account you want.
Check your Inbox and other folders to see which emails you no longer need. Select those emails.
Delete them by clicking the trash can icon.
Empty the Recycle Bin.
Important: Emails deleted from the Trash are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Sign in to Webmail using your Swisscom login credentials.
If you've set up your Bluewin email using the POP3 server, delete the emails in Webmail.
Check your Inbox and other folders to see which emails you no longer need. Select those emails.
Delete them by clicking the trash can icon.
Empty the Recycle Bin.
Important: Emails that you delete from the Trash are gone for good. You cannot recover them.
You have several options:
If your mailbox is too small, you can switch to a bluewin email plan with more storage space at any time.
If your inbox is full, you won't be able to receive or send any more emails. Free up some space or switch your email service.
