What conditions apply to the subscription offer?
The following terms apply to all new blue Mobile subscriptions of 24 or 36 months, depending on the chosen device payment model.

- blue Mobile M 12 months for 59.90/mth., then 81.80/mth.
- blue Mobile L 12 months for 59.90/mth., then 101.80/mth.
- blue Mobile XL 12 months for 99.90/mth., then 131.80/mth.
- Activation fee 59.90 (free for online sign-ups)
Combi Discount advantage
- Valid in combination with a Swisscom blue Internet subscription (also when taking out a new combined Internet and mobile subscription)

«We are Family!» discount terms
- If there are multiple blue Mobile subscriptions in the same household, you will receive a 50% monthly discount from the 2nd to the 5th blue Mobile subscription.
- At least two eligible blue mobile subscriptions at the same residential address.
- The subscriptions must either be in the same name or entered under “My Household” in My Swisscom.
- You accept the applicable terms and conditions, such as the extension of the minimum contractual term by 24 months and that you will need to resolve your issues around the clock on the app and website instead of the hotline or Shop. This applies to the 2nd to 5th blue Mobile subscriptions. Your 1st blue mobile subscription is not affected by these terms and conditions.
- Existing promotions and discounts may be cancelled.
- Customers with subscriptions that have an active minimum contract duration cannot switch to «We are Family!». The end of the minimum contract duration must be awaited.

The inOne mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).

What is the switch offer?
The Swisscom switching offer enables customers and entire households to use the advantages of blue Mobile at any time, even if their contract with other providers is terminated early. For a change of provider with early porting of the phone number, switching costs of up to 500.– will be covered. These costs will be credited to the Swisscom bill over 12 months after the final invoice has been submitted. The offer applies to the blue mobile S, M or L tariffs, excluding ports from Coop Mobile, Migros Mobile and Wingo.
