What conditions apply to the subscription offer?

Online only: From 02.12.–14.12.2025, when you take out a new blue Mobile subscription, you will pay 39.90 per month for the first 12 months. In this case, the discount is 42% for blue Mobile S (standard price 69.90/month), 50% for blue Mobile M (standard price 79.90/month) and 60% for blue Mobile L (standard price 99.90/month). After 12 months, the standard price of the chosen subscription applies. The offer does not apply to a simple plan change. Minimum contract term: 24 months. Activation fee 59.90 (waived for online sign-up).

Your 1st blue mobile subscription is not affected by these terms and conditions.
  • Existing promotions and discounts may be cancelled.
  •  Customers with subscriptions that have an active minimum contract duration cannot switch to «We are Family!». The end of the minimum contract duration must be awaited.

Fair Use Policy

The mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).
