Additional advertisements are played when the TV-Box is switched on, when a programme is started, when changing channels and on the web browser. 

If you don’t want advertising, you can opt out with the Advertising Comfort option for 19.90/mth. The Advertising Comfort option can be added after you place your order for digital Home Binge.

Always report your enquiry on the My Swisscom App or online at swisscom.ch first, rather than turning immediately to our hotline or in-store advisors. Chat any time with our digital assistant, Sam. If Sam is ever unable to assist, you can access Swisscom support on the hotline or at a Swisscom Shop.

After placing your order for digital Home Binge, link your existing streaming accounts with Swisscom.

This will ensure that your personal profile with recommendations and saved content are retained and you will only be billed via Swisscom from now on.

If you decide to cancel digital Home Binge, payment for your services via Swisscom will be automatically stopped and the streaming subscriptions will continue to run via the last payment method stored.

If you have an existing Swisscom Internet and TV subscription, you cannot switch to a digital Home Binge subscription. If you already have an Internet and TV subscription, you can subscribe to the blue Binge option. This will save you 28% compared to the price of the individual products.

With the two streaming subscriptions for Netflix and Disney+, you can save 28% compared to the price of the individual products. With the Internet subscription, you can surf on Switzerland’s best network and enjoy the best entertainment on blue TV, including the new streaming mode.

Conditions for the digital Home Binge offer:

  • Customers who activate a new digital Home Binge subscription will pay 59.90/mth for twelve months. Thereafter, the monthly subscription fee of 99.90/mth will apply.
  • Activation fee of 99.90 does not apply when you sign up online.
  • Minimum contract period 24 months.
  • The Netflix and Disney terms and conditions must also be accepted as part of the digital Home Binge activation process.
  • In the event of early cancellation, you will be charged the costs of the router and TV-Box supplied (Swisscom TV-Box, Apple TV-Box) as well as the remaining subscription fees.
  • Furthermore, the Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions (included in the digital Home Binge subscription) will be deactivated in the event of cancellation. Customers must then either purchase a new option from Swisscom that includes Netflix and/or Disney+ or reactivate their account directly with Netflix and/or Disney+.
  • Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.

Conditions for the blue Internet M, TV S and blue Binge offer:

  • Customers who activate a new blue Internet subscription will pay 59.90/mth for 12 months. and 0 –/mth for blue TV. Thereafter, the following monthly subscription fees will apply: Internet M 79.90; blue TV S 14.90.
  • Activation fee of 99.90 does not apply when you sign up online.
  • Minimum contract period 24 months.
  • In the event of early cancellation, you will be charged the costs of the router and TV-Box supplied (Swisscom TV-Box, Apple TV-Box) as well as the remaining subscription fees.
  • The Netflix and Disney terms and conditions must also be accepted as part of the activation process.
  • Offer not available to customers who are only switching subscriptions.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
