What conditions apply to the offer subscription instead of prepaid: 2 years 50% discount?

  • You have had a prepaid plan from Swisscom or another Swiss prepaid provider for at least 3 months and are switching to one of our mobile subscriptions.
  • You will receive half of the subscription fees free of charge for 24 months.
  • The minimum contract term is 24 months.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other subscription promotions or with the «We are Family!» discount and Combi Discount during the first 24 months.
  • If you sign up online, we will waive the activation fee of 59.90.

What happens to my existing prepaid credit?

If you switch from one of our prepaid offers to one of our mobile subscriptions, your existing prepaid credit will be credited to your next Swisscom bill. If you switch from another provider, the credit will expire. You must therefore use up the credit before switching.
