What conditions apply to the Disney+ offer?

Contract details and conditions

When you sign up for a new blue Mobile you will receive 3 months of Disney+ Standard with ads on us (total value: 29.70 (3 × 9.90/mth)).
Credit available after ordering with an e-mail address.

Activation of the Disney+ offer

The Disney+ option is activated automatically after activation of the blue Mobile.
The free 3 months run from the time the option is activated.
During 3 months, 9.90 will be deducted from the bill as a credit note.

Conditions and contract terms for Disney+ offer

The Disney+ option can be linked to Disney via this link(opens in new tab).
If this link is made, the Disney+ option will continue to run for a fee of 9.90/mth after the promotion expires.
If the option is not linked to Disney, there are no costs after 3 months.

Possible change of Disney+ subscription

You can switch from Disney+ Standard with ads to the Standard without ads or Premium subscription model during the free 3 months.
Until the end of the 3 months, you will continue to receive the credit of 9.90 and pay the surcharge for the higher option.
The change results in a minimum contract period of 12 months (from the time of the change).
Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is not possible before the Disney+ minimum contract period of 12 months has expired.
Cancellation period is 1 month in each case (first possible at the end of the minimum contract period for annual subscriptions).
If you already have a Disney+ subscription with Disney, you may be billed twice. If the existing Disney+ subscription is billed by a third party, you must manage your account directly with this third party in order to benefit from the Swisscom promotion. The Disney+ GTC apply.

Consequences of contract cancellation or early termination

If the contract is canceled/revoked/early terminated and the Disney+ offer is received, the total credit value plus a flat rate of 200.– must be paid.

Offer for existing Swisscom customers

Existing Swisscom customers are only eligible for the offer if they take out a new / additional blue Mobile.
Customers may only benefit from the Disney+ offer once within a 3-month period, even if they take out blue Mobile and blue Internet at the same time or at different times.

Online exclusive: Welcome gift offer

Until July 21, 2024, customers who sign up for a new or additional blue Mobile subscription (e.g. blue Mobile M for 79.90/month) will be credited 200.– per new subscription.
The promotion is not valid when purely switching subscriptions or when switching from prepaid to subscription.
The minimum term of contract for blue Mobile is 24 months, unless the customer commits to a longer minimum contract term as part of another promotional offer when taking out the subscription.
If blue Mobile is canceled early, the remaining subscription fees will be charged. If the credit has not been issued or not issued in full by the time the contract ends, the remaining amount will be forfeited (no cash payment).
The promotion can be combined with other promotions such as 6 months of Disney+ Standard with ads on us.
If the contract is not concluded or is revoked by the customer and the customer has already received the credit in full or in part, the credited amount plus a lump sum of 200.– will be charged.

«We are Family!» discount terms

If there are multiple blue Mobile subscriptions in the same household, you will receive a 50% monthly discount from the 2nd to the 5th blue Mobile subscription.
At least two eligible blue mobile subscriptions at the same residential address.
The subscriptions must either be in the same name or entered under “My Household” in My Swisscom.
You accept the applicable terms and conditions, such as the extension of the minimum contractual term by 24 months and that you will need to resolve your issues around the clock on the app and website instead of the hotline or Shop. This applies to the 2nd to 5th blue Mobile subscriptions. Your 1st blue mobile subscription is not affected by these terms and conditions.
Existing promotions and discounts may be cancelled.
Customers with subscriptions that have an active minimum contract duration cannot switch to «We are Family!». The end of the minimum contract duration must be awaited.

Fair Use Policy

The inOne mobile subscriptions apply for normal personal use and primary use within Switzerland. Outside of Switzerland, subscriptions apply for normal personal use while travelling and during temporary stays abroad. Swisscom reserves the right to curtail or restrict the service or take other appropriate steps if it establishes that usage deviates significantly from the norm (e.g. use primarily outside of Switzerland), or if there are justified indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. surveillance applications, machine-to-machine, direct dial or continuous connections).
