My Swisscom Business​

In My Swisscom Business, administrators and fleet managers can manage their Swisscom products directly and search for Help articles in the portal and product Help.

Registration information can be found on the help page My Swisscom Business.

Mobile subscription

Transfer mobile phone number in My Swisscom Business or via form.

Protect & Connect

  1. In My Swisscom Business click on ‘Shop’
  2. Click on ‘Mobile subscriptions’
  3. Select the desired contract term and subscription and click on ‘Order’ 
    Important: An existing contract term cannot be transferred
  4. Select ‘Order new subscription’ and click on ‘Next’
  5. Select the appropriate step depending on the Business Customers
    - Business Customers with a commercial register: Select the phone number type to be transferred under ‘Phone number selection’
    - Business Customers as a person without a commercial register: Select ‘Adopt a private phone number’
  6. Follow the further ordering steps

Residential Customer/SME products

  1. Complete and send the transfer form

Note:

  • Protect & Connect: The device instalment plan remains with the previous owner
  • Residential Customer/SME products: If there is an active device instalment plan, this will be cancelled

Order a new Mobile subscription in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect

  1. Select ‘Shop’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on ‘Mobile subscriptions’
  3. Select contract duration
  4. Select subscription and click on ‘Order’
  5. Follow the further ordering steps

  1. Switch to the private customer area

To Mobile subscriptions

Note:

  • A desired number can be scheduled for up to 35 days
  • A randomly assigned number can be terminated for up to 365 days

Pause your subscription in My Swisscom Business for up to 12 months.

Protect & Connect

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business 
  2. Search the affected phone number and click the ‘arrow symbol’
  3. Click ‘Edit status’
  4. Click ‘Suspend subscription’
    Note: A confirmation SMS is sent to the corresponding phone number

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Search the affected phone number and click the ‘points symbol’
  3. Click ‘Contract details & handover’
  4. Click ‘Pause subscription’ under the phone number
    Note: A confirmation email will be sent to the Administrator role

  1. A subscription suspension is not possible

Block unwanted calls in My Swisscom Business or in Cockpit.

  1. Open ‘Cockpit’
  2. Open ‘Settings’
  3. Open ‘Call settings’
  4. Activate or edit ‘Callfilter’

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ for the desired connection
  3. Click on ‘Telephony’ under ‘Overview’
  4. Dial the desired phone number
  5. Click on ‘Call and advertising blocking’
  6. Select the desired block under ‘Block incoming calls’
    Important: Manual blocking and unblocking of phone numbers is processed under ‘Manually blocked numbers’

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ for the desired phone number
  3. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ for ‘blue Telephony’
  4. Activate the desired call filter under ‘Settings’

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Open the ‘Arrow symbol’ drop-down menu
  3. Open settings for ‘Fixed Network’ with ‘arrow symbol’

Unwanted calls are: nuisance calls, advertising calls, anonymous calls, calls without an originating number

Retrieve the PUK code in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ for the desired phone number
  3. Under ‘Overview’ select ‘Overview: Devices & SIM’
  4. Click on ‘Device 1’
  5. Click on the ‘eye symbol’ under ‘Show PUK’

inOne SME Mobile / blue Mobile

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘Points icon’ for the desired phone number
  3. Select ‘Configure subscription’
  4. Click on the ‘eye symbol’ under ‘PUK’ in the ‘Hardware’ tile

To the Inventory

SIM cards

Order new SIM card in My Swisscom Business.

Multi Device SIM card or replacement SIM card 

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the affected phone number
  3. Proceed as follows depending on the subscription:
    - Protect & Connect: Click on ‘Devices, SIM & PUK’
    - Private customer/SME products: Click on ‘Replace SIM’

To Inventory

Single or multiple Multi Device SIM

  1. Open ‘Shop’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Select number of SIM cards
  3. Click ‘Add to shopping basket’ and continue

Go to shop

Block or unblock SIM card in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect

  1. Click on ‘Block SIM’ under ‘Top functions’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Select the desired phone number and click ‘Next’
  3. Activate ‘Block SIM’
  4. Click on ‘Save’

To My Swisscom Business

inOne SME mobile

  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘Dot symbol’ on the right for the desired phone number
  3. Click on ‘Configure subscription’
  4. Click on ‘Devices and SIM’
  5. Select ‘Block SIM’

To the Inventory

Note:

If the SIM is blocked, the contract remains active and all active services, such as subscriptions, options and value-added services from other providers, will continue to be billed.

Activate a Multi Device SIM card in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect

  1. Search for the affected phone number under ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ on the right
  3. Depending on whether freely available additional devices are available, proceed as follows
    - available: Continue with step 4
    - Not available: First add additional device via ** ‘Edit options’
  4. Under 'Overview: Devices & SIM' click on ‘Add SIM’
  5. Add an existing SIM or activate a new p- or eSIM

  1. Search for the affected phone number under ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on ‘Points icon’ and ‘Configure subscription’
  3. Open ‘Devices & SIM’
  4. Click on ‘Add additional device’

To the inventory

Deactivate a Multi Device SIM in the Cockpit.

Protect & Connect

  1. Search for the affected phone number under ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ on the right
  3. Open ‘Swisscom Cockpit’ under Applications
  4. Click on ‘Devices & SIM’ in the title
  5. Select additional device to be removed
  6. Click on ‘Remove additional device’

To the inventory

inOne SME mobile / blue Mobile

  1. Open ‘Cockpit’
  2. Click on ‘Devices & SIM’ in the title
  3. Click on the affected additional device
  4. Click on ‘Remove additional device’

To the Cockpit

Note:

Deactivate Multi Device option separately if not included in the subscription.

Data roaming

Change data roaming limit in Cockpit.

  1. Open Swisscom Cockpit
  2. Click on ‘Roaming settings and costs’
  3. Select the limits accordingly under ‘Accrued costs’

Go to Cockpit

Block roaming in My Swisscom Business.

Protect & Connect
  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Search for affected phone number
  3. Click on the ‘arrow symbol’ for the corresponding phone number
  4. Select ‘Roaming & blocking settings’ under ‘Overview’ 
  5. Click on ‘Manage settings’ under ‘Roaming blocking’
  6. Check the ‘Activate roaming blocking’ box
  7. Click ‘Save’

To the Inventory

inOne SME mobile / blue Mobile 
  1. Open ‘Inventory’ in My Swisscom Business
  2. Search for affected phone number
  3. Click on the ‘points symbol’ and then ‘Configure subscription’
  4. Click on ‘Blocks & Roaming settings’
  5. Click on ‘Limit roaming’
  6. Select the desired limit for corresponding roaming

Note:

The roaming block set applies to all devices and SIM cards (Multi Device).
