For data transfer, seamless transition is ensured between the Public Safety and Swisscom mobile networks. Manual switching on and off is no longer necessary with telephony.
Make calls with permanent prioritisation on the Swisscom mobile network. With the two options Public Safety Voice Standard and Public Safety Voice Emergency, you can optimally adjust the prioritisation to your needs.
From mid 2020, you benefit from Public Safety Voice on the 4G mobile network together with VoLTE telephony.
Transfer data with the highest available prioritisation on the Swisscom mobile network. If a Public Safety network is also available, seamless transition is ensured between the networks. Swisscom also operates a mobile core, which is available exclusively to Public Safety Data customers.
