Challenge

Marketing at Feldschlösschen is challenging: It is intended to increase the sales of numerous brands to heterogeneous target groups. Previously, data on customer behaviour - which came from around 18 different sources - was evaluated using isolated solutions. It was not possible to obtain an overall view, as the effort required to merge the data manually was considerable.
