FAQs

What requirements must be met before I can activate Swiss AI Assistant for my company?

To be able to activate Swiss AI Assistant, you must have administrator rights in My Swisscom Business. If you are not yet a Swisscom customer, please contact us using the contact form below.  

I don’t yet have a login for My Swisscom Business. Can I still use Swiss AI Assistant?

No. You need a Swisscom login in order to use Swiss AI Assistant. Please contact your administrator. They can provide you with the login details.   

Which language model is Swiss AI Assistant based on?

The Swiss AI Assistant currently offers a choice of various powerful large language models (LLMs). These include OpenAI’s GPT OSS 120B, the multimodal model Qwen3.5 397B A17B, Mistral Small 4 119B and Gemma 4 31B. The model can be selected depending on the use case and requirements. The range is being continuously expanded, so that further up-to-date language models will be available in future. 

What will happen to the documents I upload? Will they be used for training purposes? Where will they be stored and who will be able to access them?

All uploaded documents are stored securely in Swisscom’s data centres and used exclusively by your assistant – they are not used for training AI. All data remains confidential and is not used for any other purpose. 

The documents are only visible to you. Administrators are unable to access employees’ assistants.  

Does the free test version automatically switch to a chargeable subscription and what happens to my data following the test phase?

Access will cease automatically at the end of the free test phase. You can then decide for yourself whether you wish to take out a chargeable subscription for your company. If you have administrator rights, you can simply place an order in the My Swisscom Business Shop.  

The assistants and chat histories created during the test phase are not deleted immediately – they remain available to you after you purchase a chargeable subscription. If you do not purchase a chargeable subscription within three months of completing the test phase, all data will be erased permanently.

Additional terms and conditions of offer

  • There is no minimum contract duration.
  • The subscription can be cancelled online at any time, subject to a notice period of 30 days to the end of a calendar month.
  • In the event of an upgrade (e.g. from the Essential to the Professional Edition), billing is calculated on a pro rata basis starting from the day of the upgrade.
  • A downgrade from the current edition to a lower edition (e.g. from the Professional to the Essential Edition) can only take effect on the first calendar day of the following month.
