The underlying Large Language Model (LLM) is the open-source LLaMA model from Meta AI.
All uploaded documents are stored securely in Swisscom’s data centres and used exclusively by your assistant – they are not used for training AI. All data remains confidential and is not used for any other purpose.
The documents are only visible to you. Administrators are unable to access employees’ assistants.
Access will cease automatically at the end of the free test phase. You can then decide for yourself whether you wish to take out a chargeable subscription for your company. If you have administrator rights, you can simply place an order in the My Swisscom Business Shop.
The assistants and chat histories created during the test phase are not deleted immediately – they remain available to you after you purchase a chargeable subscription. If you do not purchase a chargeable subscription within three months of completing the test phase, all data will be erased permanently.
