Price adjustments from 1 April 2026

Swisscom is committed to providing the best network and highest service quality in Switzerland. To enable you to continue enjoying a fast, stable and secure connection, we continually invest in the expansion and maintenance of our network and IT infrastructure. In 2025, these investments amounted to CHF 1.7 billion. At the same time, customer demand for data, speed and availability continues to grow while revenues decrease.

To ensure that we can continue to offer the best network and service quality in the future, we are adjusting the prices of some residential customer subscriptions from 1 April 2026.

+ 1.90/mth per Internet subscription
+ 0.90/mth per TV subscription
+ 0.90/mth per fixed network subscription

The price adjustment will not affect data subscriptions, basic service or prepaid products, blue Kids Mobile or NATEL® FL subscriptions (Liechtenstein).

Frequently asked questions

So far, Swisscom has been able to offset the structural changes in the telecommunications market, coupled with declining revenues and rising costs as well as the high investments in network and service quality, through cost reduction measures and efficiency improvements. Due to ongoing developments, these measures alone are no longer sufficient, and Swisscom has therefore taken the decision to adjust its prices as of 1 April 2026.

Swisscom will announce the price adjustment in a press release on 27 January 2026. All affected customers will be notified in the coming days on their bill and by e-mail (if an address has been stored).

Prices with a fixed-price promotion (e.g. Internet + TV for 59.90/month for one year) will remain unchanged until the end of the promotion.

For specific percentage or fixed-amount discounts (e.g. 20.– or 25% off), the base price of the subscription will be adjusted, meaning the net price will also be affected. The promised discount amount remains unchanged.

Yes, products with the “We are Family!” discount are also subject to the price adjustment, as the base price of the subscriptions is being increased. Example: mobile subscription base price + 1.90 with “We are Family!” discount -> price adjustment of + 0.95.

No, options and device prices are not affected.

Yes, the new prices apply to all new and existing customers as of 1 April 2026. This also applies to promotions with a discount on the subscription price (e.g. 20.–/month or 25%). The discount will be applied to the higher standard price as of 1 April 2026.
If a promotion guarantees a fixed subscription price (e.g. Internet and TV for 59.90/month for one year, then standard price), the promotional price remains valid for the duration of the promotion. Once the promotion ends, the higher standard price will apply from 1 April 2026 according to the new price list.

It is possible to switch to a different mobile subscription (e.g. from blue mobile M to blue mobile S) unless a discounted mobile device has been obtained or a gifting/promotion was used within the past 11 months. Subject to specific restrictions arising from the promotion conditions (e.g. gifting with a PS5, Dyson Airwrap, Samsung TV, etc.), customers can switch to a different TV or Internet subscription at any time. Existing customers and customers who ordered a product by 27 January 2026 can cancel the affected subscription prior to the effective date of the adjustment (special right of termination).

  • Without promotion: customers can cancel their product by 31 March 2026 before the price adjustment takes effect.
  • Fixed-price promotions (e.g. Internet and TV for CHF 59.90/month for one year): notice of cancellation must be submitted before the promotion ends and will take effect at the end of the promotional period.
  • Customers who order a product on or after 27 January 2026 accept the price adjustment upon ordering and therefore have no special right of termination.

No. The price adjustment is required due to the high levels of investment in network and service quality and the cost increases in recent years.

The price adjustment also applies to SMEs or corporate customers who have subscribed to products from the residential customer portfolio.

The announced price adjustment affects the subscriptions of the main Swisscom brand. The price structure of our other brands is reviewed regularly. We will communicate any planned changes in plenty of time.
