The conditions described in the question above apply to the special right of cancellation, especially with regard to the cancellation deadline to be observed.
For the special right of cancellation to be correctly considered in the final bill, please start by contacting our employees in Swisscom shops or via the hotline so the necessary information can be recorded. You can then instigate the porting process by contacting your new provider.
If you go directly to the new provider, please ensure that you cancel by the specified cancellation deadline (31 March 2026 or end of promotional period). Notices of cancellation that do not take effect on the specified date (but e.g. ‘immediately’) are not classed as subject to a special right of cancellation and are treated like standard cancellations with the associated cancellation costs.
Please note that even when cancelling in line with the specified deadline, the cancellation costs (early cancellation fees etc.) will still appear on your final bill due to the automated processes. Please contact us by telephone and we will amend the bill.
