Callfilter automatically blocks unwanted advertising calls on the basis of specific criteria. Callfilter is free of charge and can be activated for fixed network connections. It can be used by residential as well as business customers and can significantly reduce the number of unwanted advertising calls, but cannot eliminate them completely. In exceptional cases, activating Callfilter may block genuine calls to the customer. For the fixed telephone network, Callfilter is activated via the Customer Center.
