Application Operation

The purpose of Application Operation services is to ensure the technical operation of Avaloq and Finnova platforms and the required underlying basis software.


  • Release Management includes planning services (annual planning with major releases, bugfix releases etc.), release development, and roll-outs of all changes.
  • Production Planning & Review includes planning, prioritisation and monitoring of batch jobs (e.g. data changes, mutations, transfers, analyses) in the live environment.
  • We handle the technical operation of Avaloq and Finnova and of related interfaces on the live server, the test server and development server on the basis of the selected infrastructure
  • Application Monitoring includes services for monitoring applications, establishing threshold values, defining emergency aid measures where threshold values are exceeded, and initiating "incident management" when faults are detected
  • Service Management ensures thorough performance of all procured services
