Swisscom offers discounts, targeted advice and valuable expert knowledge to support Swiss start-ups. Secure the start-up benefit for your Protect & Connect user licenses with mobile subscriptions now.

You will receive a discount when you take out a new Protect & Connect subscription. The subscription price depends on the Protect & Connect subscription selected:

  • Protect & Connect Europe costs CHF 45.–/month for the first six months (then CHF 85.–/month) if you take out a new contract, or CHF 38.25 /month including a 15% SME discount (then CHF 72.25 /month).
  • Protect & Connect Europe advanced costs CHF 65.–/month for the first six months (then CHF 105.–/month) if you take out a new contract, or CHF 55.25 /month including a 15% SME discount (then CHF 89.25 /month).
  • Protect & Connect Intercontinental costs CHF 115.–/month for the first six months (then CHF 155.–/month) for a new subscription, or CHF 97.75 /month including a 15% SME discount (then CHF 131.75 /month).

The monthly amount shown above including the 15% SME benefit applies from 1 February 2026; slightly lower prices will apply until then for technical reasons.

The minimum term of contract is 24 months; the activation charge is CHF 55.41. The offer is not available with a simple change of subscription. This promotion can be combined with the 15% SME benefit, the switching offer und Buyback Business, but not with other subscription promotions.

Please note that the period is calculated on the basis of the active (non-suspended) days. 

Additional conditions when purchasing a discounted device:  

  • If the customer benefits from a device discount from Swisscom as part of a mobile contract, they cannot switch to a subscription with a lower monthly charge for free for at least 6 months.
  • Should the customer nevertheless wish to switch to a lower-priced subscription within the first 6 months of receiving the device discount, they will be charged CHF 185.01 (price excluding 8.1% VAT).
  • You can switch to a subscription with a higher monthly charge for free at any time.

Conditions for Protect & Connect user licences with mobile subscriptions currently on the market.

General:  

  • With Protect & Connect user licenses, you cannot switch to a subscription with a lower monthly charge for free within the first 30 days of signing the contract. This period also applies after switching to a subscription with a higher monthly charge.
  • Should the customer nevertheless wish to switch to a lower-priced subscription within the first 30 days of signing the contract, they will be charged CHF 138.76 (price excluding 8.1% VAT).
  • You can switch to a subscription with a higher monthly charge for free at any time.

Use on multiple devices

For simultaneous use of the user licence on multiple devices, the maximum number of simultaneously active devices is set within 24 hours (GMT/UTC time frame). The number of included or separately purchased devices determines the upper limit.

Data usage

Connections are provided for the normal, business-typical and average private communications traffic of business customers. Excessive use is deemed to exist if the following monthly limits for connections with an unlimited data allowance are exceeded (any additional data packages purchased are not taken into account):

  • National data volume in excess of 60 GB;
  • Roaming data volume in excess of 40 GB;
  • National voice communication in excess of 10,000 minutes;
  • International and roaming voice communication in excess of 2,500 minutes;
  • More than 10,000 SMS messages.

The following are considered improper use (list not exhaustive):

  • Transferring the Swisscom services to third parties or for other purposes; for example, by reselling or using the connections as gateways (routers, hotspots);
  • Using the connections for machine-to-machine, direct-dial and permanent connections, monitoring applications or static use;
  • Exclusively using connections outside of Switzerland;

Swisscom may, at its discretion, monitor the customer’s usage behaviour at the individual connection level (connection/telephone number with all associated (e)SIMS) with regard to the types of traffic included in the subscription. Swisscom reserves the right to inform the customer and/or respective user of the excessive or improper use and, at the same time, take appropriate action to prevent the excessive or improper use of the affected connections, throttle the data transmission speed, discontinue service provision or restrict the maximum data allowance.
