What conditions apply to the subscription offer?
With digital Mobile, surfing and telephoning within Switzerland are included. Value-added services and special numbers are excluded.
In My Swisscom, matters can be dealt with efficiently online.
digital Mobile has no minimum contract duration. Contractual obligations arising from other reasons will be maintained when switching to digital Mobile.
What does online support with My Swisscom mean?
With digital Mobile, you always report your concerns online first and do without our advice on the hotline or in the shop as a first step.
What options are available with digital Mobile?
With digital Mobile, all mobile options, such as roaming or international calls, can be added.
Exceptions: the Premium Speed option and the Connect Pack are not available.
Streaming packages such as Disney+, Paramount+ and Netflix are also available.
Fair Use Policy
Mobile subscriptions are valid for normal personal use and predominant use in Switzerland. Abroad, the subscriptions are valid for normal personal use when travelling and during temporary stays. If Swisscom proves that the use deviates significantly from normal use (e.g. use mainly abroad) or if there are indications that the SIM is being used for special applications (e.g. monitoring applications, machine-to-machine, direct dialling or permanent connections), Swisscom reserves the right to discontinue or restrict the provision of services or to take other suitable measures at any time.
