blue Mobile gives you access to the best 5G network, unlimited surfing and calls both within Switzerland and, with some subscriptions, also internationally. You also have the flexibility to add different paid options to your mobile subscription; for example, for additional devices or extra premium speed. Included in all mobile phone subscriptions is the Callfilter, which filters out calls from suspicious call centres by blocking numbers that meet specific criteria.

With a mobile subscription from Swisscom, you enjoy the following:

Alongside mobile subscriptions, Swisscom also has a selection of mobile phones and smartphones available to order. These include the current premium models from well-known manufacturers such as Apple, Samsung and Oppo as well as lower-cost devices from less well-known brands. We also offer second-hand mobile phones and mobile phones for kids or older people.

To switch your mobile phone subscription from another provider to Swisscom:

  1. Select and order your desired mobile subscription, with or without a new mobile phone.
  2. When placing your order, enter your existing telephone number and request porting. You can complete the electronic porting form when you place the order or complete it later online and send to Swisscom.
  3. As soon as Swisscom receives the porting form, we will advise you by e-mail or letter as to when you will receive your SIM.
  4. Swisscom takes care of all the formalities and covers your outstanding costs up to CHF 500.–. After you have paid the final bill from your provider, upload a copy on this page

Yes, you can keep your old mobile number. Select and order your desired blue mobile subscription online, with or without a mobile phone. When placing the order, enter your existing telephone number and request porting. You can complete the electronic porting form when you place the order or complete it later online and send to Swisscom. Porting your phone number is free of charge and will take a few days to action.Here’s how
