How can I switch my mobile phone subscription to Swisscom?
If you would like to switch to Swisscom from another provider, select your blue Mobile subscription online, and your new smartphone if required. During the order process, simply enter the telephone number that you would like us to port for you. Porting your phone number is free of charge and will take just a few days to process. We take care of all the formalities and cover the early exit fees for your current contract, up to CHF 500.–.
What is the difference between a prepaid and a Mobile subscription?
Prepaid and Mobile subscriptions differ mainly in their flexibility and cost structure. Prepaid gives you full control over what you spend, as you are not tied to a contract or basic monthly charge. Abroad
We have a range of call and data options for making calls to and within other countries, such as the International Calls option and the Intercontinental Pack. In the Swisscom Cockpit, it is easy to keep track of your roaming costs at all times and purchase data packages.
Service und security
With blue Security & Service and My Service Mobile, we offer appropriate options to give you, your device, and your data even better protection and to support you in an emergency.
Multi Device
The Multi Device Option lets you surf on up to 10 additional devices with your blue Mobile subscription and make calls with the same telephone number. blue Mobile L already includes 4 additional devices. Further Multi Device options are also available as flexible add-ons (for up to 10 additional devices).
What roaming options does Swisscom offer for customers abroad?
Swisscom offers extensive roaming options for customers travelling abroad. Many plans, including blue Mobile, blue Kids Mobile, and Basic Mobile M, already have included roaming allowances for the European zone.
If you have used up this included allowance or are using a plan without an included roaming allowance, we recommend purchasing additional data packages and voice options. These packages are valid for up to 365 days and provide flexible solutions to cover your needs on longer trips. Prices for data packages start from as little as CHF 5.90 for 1 GB, with larger packages also available. You can choose between country-specific data packages, which can be used in the respective country, or zone packages, which are valid for multiple countries.
