You may need an adapter at your destination to recharge your mobile phone battery. Please check before your departure whether you have a network/power adapter for your charger. If not, a car charger will do as a stopgap.
You can top up your NATEL® Easy credit online by credit card or PostFinance card, or your can have your credit topped up by a person in Switzerland at a Swisscom Shop, ATM, Swiss Postomats, SBB ticket machines, or online by credit card or PostFinance Card.
If you lose your mobile phone or SIM card when abroad, contact the Swisscom Hotline +41 62 286 12 12 immediately. The hotline is available the clock.
Your SIM card can then be blocked in order to avoid misuse. You will require the IMEI number of your device for the police report (Recommendation: Note down the 18-digit IMEI number of your mobile phone, which is usually found under the battery).
