• If you change your payment method to direct debit in My Swisscom as a post office account customer, it takes immediate effect.
  • If you request a direct debit using the form and not in My Swisscom, send the signed application to Post Finance. Processing then takes 3-4 weeks.
  • In future, you will see a note on your invoices like the one on the right, as of when the debit to your account takes place.
  • Please pay any Swisscom invoices you have already received or which do not include this note as usual.
  • As soon as the direct debit is activated, you will receive a confirmation by SMS or e-mail.
