Business customers with a commercial register entry can appoint people who are not authorised signatories as proxies so that they can represent the company when contacting Swisscom.

If no further restrictions are added here, the person will be appointed as a general proxy. This applies to all relevant Swisscom channels: direct sales, Swisscom Shops and customer service.

 

Note for visits to the Swisscom Shop: Bring the signed form and a copy of the authorised person's ID with you on every visit.

If no date is provided, this proxy authorisation will remain valid indefinitely/until revoked. The contract holder must inform us if the proxy authorisation is to be revoked.
