4 steps to ensure optimum test results

  1. Update your computer

    Make sure that there are no updates pending for your operating system or any of the programs.

  2. Close all programs

    Most programs use the Internet. Also exit the anti-virus program.

  3. Use the network cable rather than WLAN to run the test

    Connect your computer directly to the Internet-Box. Switch off the WLAN on both the Internet-Box and computer.

  4. Remove all other devices from the Internet-Box

    Make sure that there are no other devices connected to the Internet-Box.
