Unfortunately, the fact is that they are often not told. Perhaps this is also because we don't admit to ourselves that we learn or that we develop and grow through learning in whatever form. We now want to change that. As part of the new "Walk & Talk with..." series, exciting learning developments, rituals and forms will be photographed by Swisscom colleagues from all ranks and presented for you as inspiration.

How, where and with whom does the Head of Insurtech B2C, the leader at B2C, the Scrum Master at B2B or the mediamatics technician at NEX learn? Continuous and proactive further development - in small learning bites, on the job or in exchange with peers - is almost part of our DNA. In our new series on learning and development at Swisscom, we welcome totally interesting and, above all, curious personalities who talk straight from the horse's mouth and share their stories and learning habits within Swisscom as well as very personal learning tips and tricks with us.

Alexander Mohri has already left his comfort zone several times in his career, opening up new paths with his curiosity and thirst for knowledge. After gaining professional experience in investment banking and running his own start-up, he is currently energised by his role as Head of Pricing and Offerings at Swisscom. However, his thirst for learning is far from quenched - lifelong learning is definitely part of his everyday life. I don't want to give any more away - the video gives you an insight into his exciting learning journey.
