What is ServiceNow…you might ask. It's a scalable, cloud-based solution, which lets us digitize the workflows of our customers to work more efficiently. It started back in time as a classic ticketing tool in the field of IT Service Management, while today, it can digitize e.g. customer and employee workflows and gets more and more powerful.
