Sometimes I feel like a superwoman: I work as Scrum Master, organise the Swisscom DevOpsWeek and support teams as a budding Agile Enabling Coach.
In my free time, I bake plaited loaves, which I deliver by bike – long live the #breakfastculture! As a coach, I like to ask questions that spark something in people. I want to enable them to find their own answers. Agile working has not been implemented at Swisscom because it's the latest trend, but because the agile way of working and thinking is the best answer to our dynamic, complex world. Continuous feedback allows teams to develop from within, to improve and to respond faster to change. DevOpsWeek is an internal event run by and for IT engineers and anyone interested in agile transformation. It’s about communicating knowledge, learning from each other and networking.
