Claudia Meier

I work in the Customer Service Center in specialist support for online business, where I assist customers and help with projects. We are currently optimising the self-service area and ensuring that business customers can manage their data quickly and easily themselves. At the same time, I am continuing my training in project management and agile working methods. The world of work is in upheaval. I’m currently 55 and it’s important for me not to lose touch. I like to combine new stimuli with my existing knowledge. I also like to stay on the move in my free time, and enjoy getting plenty of fresh air while playing sports out in nature. The pandemic has further accelerated digitalisation. Who knows what I will be working on in five years?
