In fact, on the contrary, I feel happy when I can help people. I’ve always been like that. When I was a teenager, I used to help my friends to assemble computers. It took quite a lot of hands-on work in those days. Nowadays, I can sort out a lot of things from the office. On a Friday afternoon recently, I took a call from a customer who owns a bar in St. Gallen. His POS wasn’t working. He was frantic because it was nearly the weekend. I guessed it was a fault with the router. It would have taken too long to send out a new router. So, I quickly hopped on my bike, rode to him and configured the router during my lunch break. The customer was over the moon and so was I.
