This is where I come in as a sourcer: I approach talents and try to persuade them to apply for positions that are difficult to fill. These include technical IT jobs and experienced senior positions, for example in digital transformation, innovation and robotics. Networking is everything in my job, both online and offline. I love being around people – that’s why I pursued sourcing. Previously, I studied and worked in Slovakia. I value the friendly, professional attitude that people at Swisscom and in Switzerland have. I’m motivated by the desire to continue developing and improving in my work. I’m planning to take a training course in labour law next year, which Swisscom is participating in.
