On the path to professional sport. After completing our apprenticeships, we looked for a solution that would enable us to combine six to seven training sessions per week with a job. Swisscom made it possible for us to share a role.

Noël has set his sights on signing a professional contract with a club in the Swiss ice-hockey league and establishing himself in the national A team. Steven is training for his first start at an international athletics competition. We both did business administration apprenticeships in sport at Swisscom and got to know each other at vocational college. After four years together, we know what makes each other tick and were therefore open to a job share. Such close collaboration would not work for everyone.

We are in charge of contract and bill management for business customers and can organise our work flexibly, which is crucial with our training workload. For us, job sharing is a privilege. It pays to break new ground.
