“Ready for new ways of working.”

Imagine trying to ride a bike with the steering reversed. The first time you sit in the saddle, you suddenly have to apply the skills you’ve learned completely differently. Not too easy.

And that’s exactly how I felt when I started using agile methods two years ago. Today, I see many advantages to agile working: resource needs are easier to plan, and the entire team is jointly responsible and is self-regulating, creating high transparency. I’m a solution-oriented person who enjoys developing myself further. Supporting people allows me to live up to my full potential. As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for cooperation within the team. My approach is simple: listen and set an example. To me, listening means getting to know someone and understanding how they tick. Setting an example means that I’m displaying my positive attitude and conveying it to others. I like trying out new things as often as possible.
